Description of Services and Products: Retention Beast offers gift packages that auto dealers can send to their customers as thank you gifts. Additionally, we provide a survey feature that allows auto dealers to receive customer feedback and address any potential issues before their customers complete the manufacturer's survey, protecting their CSI rating (Customer Service Index).

Requirements for Creating an Account: Users must be 18 years of age or older and must reside in the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). We do not accept users from Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the United States due to shipping cost and times.
User Responsibilities Regarding Account Security: Users must protect their passwords and change them periodically. Users are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account.
Policies on Acco unt Termination: To terminate an account, users must email info@retentionbeast.com. We will lock the account until the user contacts us to unlock it.

Order Processing:
- Account Type 1: Pays for each order at the time of placing it using a credit or debit card.
- Account Type 2: Net 15 accounts. Orders are placed without immediate payment. Invoices for outstanding orders are sent every 15 days, and payment is due within one week of receiving the invoice.
